The comfortable bed and clean room were highlights of the stay. The quiet location added to the enjoyment, and the small balcony offered a nice view of the surroundings. Dealing with the loud neighbors was frustrating, and the lack of breakfast on Monday was disappointing. An issue with the pricing upon check-in left a sour taste, overshadowing an otherwise decent experience.

The room was spotless and decent, provided us with 2 queen beds and things working, as for instance, it was a great stay all in all. Location: the hotel was next to lake and lots of nice shops, Jesus statue, the attractions. Furthermore, close to downtown.

I loved how close we were to Basin Spring Park, just a short walk away, and the vibrant Quicksilver Gallery. Our room wasvery comfy and tidy, even though the parking was a bit tight due to the busy weekend.

A fair review, pros and cons
The spacious Premium King Room featured a cozy jetted tub, and the location was ideal, close to fun attractions like mini-golf and go-karts!
Unfortunately, the hotel showed signs of age with a lack of cleanliness and maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

Staff was very friendly
The heater system was broken, literally cold air comong through gape in wall. Breakfast was prepackaged muffin, one variety. People smoking right outside our room, child has smoking allergy. Very noisey other guests, people banging on doors and shouting at 2am!

It was just a prime choice for a weekend stopover in Eureka Springs with great value for the money. The coffee pot was a chore to handle but at least the fridge was cool enough for our drinks. Make sure to bring extra towels just in case.

A Nice Family Getaway!
We spent 4 wonderful nights in a spacious room with two queen beds. The staff were very good, provided us with extra towels swiftly. We enjoyed a good breakfast at the onsite restaurant. Highly recommend scheduling a late-night check-in to avoid delays!
